「風のように軽やかに、今までにないものを創造する」という意味を込めた、風（KAZE）と新星（NOVA）の造語を名に冠した《KAZENOVA》は、クリエイターのshowdaiが率いるアーティストユニット。楽曲制作では英語と日本語をシームレスにブレンドしたポップスから、オーガニックなインストゥルメンタル、変拍子のエレクトロ、柔らかなアンビエントなどの様々なジャンルを横断し、作詞、作曲、演奏、アレンジ、ミックス、マスタリングを自ら手がける。WAB（Wondering Around the Block）では映像、写真、本、音楽、ウェブをクロスオーバーさせた新しいミックスメディアを展開。ENNES INC.の代表として調味料ブランド《Flusso》をはじめとした様々な商品ブランドのプロデュース、クリエイティブレーベル《Atelier HAMMOCK》のオーガナイズなども務めている。広島県広島市生まれ。

KAZENOVA, a portmanteau combining the Japanese word ‘kaze’ (wind) and ‘nova’ (new star) to convey the meaning of ‘creating something unprecedented with a lightness like the wind,’ is an artist unit led by the creator showdai. In the musical works, they seamlessly blend English and Japanese lyrics in pop songs, while also traversing various genres like organic instrumentals, polyrhythmic electronica, and gentle ambient pieces. Songwriting, composition, performance, arrangement, mixing, and mastering are all done single-handedly by showdai. Through the multimedia project WAB (Wondering Around the Block), they present a novel fusion of video, photography, books, music, and web. As the representative of ENNES INC., he also produces various product brands including the seasoning line Flusso, and organizes the creative label Atelier HAMMOCK.
